Welcome to the Philips Applied Technologies ElectroMagnetics
Competence (EMC) center. How many electronic devices are
there in an average living room today? Cell phone, television,
laptop, wireless DECT phone etcetera. Electronic products
emit electromagnetic fields. When operating at the same
time, these fields can interfere with each other causing
disturbances.
We test products on electromagnetic compliance (EMC)
electro static discharge (ESD) and the
influence of electromagnetic fields on the human body (EMF).
