Interaction design: concept development

Interaction design covers multiple activities, from initial interaction concepts (sketches of how users physically interact with products, sketches of user interfaces, etc.), to interaction diagrams that show all interaction.

Anything that is used by people involves some form of interaction design, including lighting controls, home robotics, cell phone applications, and etcetera.
