There are many ways to perform usability and user
experience evaluation.
We have extensive knowledge with various methods, and
know when to apply these:
- qualitative and quantitative research,
- field studies (on location) or studies in a lab
context,
- testing of early concepts or detailed studies with
finished prototypes.
In addition, the HCS group can review solutions on usability
aspects.
