Hotel group citizenM has received the award for Best Innovative Concept in Midscale hotels. The hotel concept exceeded competition with its concept based on affordable luxury and unique design. The beating heart of the hotel’s innovative character is its integrated experience solution. The integral solution has been developed in close cooperation with Philips Applied Technologies.

Over 150 hotel and affiliated companies were selected for the Worldwide Hospitality Awards competition, held in Paris on the 22 of November. A professional jury of 30 hotel industry professionals, experts, executives and architects determined 3 finalists. "The submissions this year were of high quality,” says Georges Panayotis worldwide hospitality awards founder and chairman MKG group.   With the integrated experience concept citizenM can offer travelers an innovative, meaningful and distinguishing alternative to conventional hotel accommodations. The solution puts the consumer at the heart of the hotel experience and enables the hotel owner to optimize their operating costs. The solution is based on the latest networking technologies (RFID, WIFI, Ethernet, VOIP, Ethernet).
